The Site Supervisor for Civil Renovation Works is responsible for managing and executing renovation and repair activities at project sites. The role involves coordinating civil works such as demolition, retrofitting, waterproofing, structural repair, and interior modifications. The supervisor ensures that the work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site and workshop joinery activities. This includes supervising carpentry teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires technical expertise in woodwork and joinery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Supervise all site activities related to renovation and repair works.
• Coordinate with demolition teams, masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Ensure proper execution of structural alterations, retrofitting, and finishing works.
• Read and implement construction and renovation drawings.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
• Supervise dismantling of structures, cutting, chiseling, and surface preparation.
• Manage site manpower and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage at the site.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain site documentation: Daily Progress Reports (DPR), attendance, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of work and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
