URGENTLY REQUIRED
The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This role ensures optimal functionality and efficiency of all MEP systems, contributing to the safety and comfort of occupants.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and related mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
Electrical:
- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and replace faulty wiring, switches, and other components.
Plumbing:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitation lines.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
General Duties:
- Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with other technicians and contractors as required.

The Carpenter & Joiner is responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, furniture, fittings, and fixtures. This role involves both site and workshop-based work, focusing on accuracy, craftsmanship, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarpentry Duties:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and wood-based materials.
- Construct frameworks such as partitions, floors, doors, and ceilings.
- Repair damaged woodwork, including furniture, doors, windows, and cabinets.
- Install fixtures like shelves, staircases, skirting boards, and flooring systems.
Joinery Duties:
