We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting management with financial insights and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations (VAT filing, returns, audits)
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Handle payroll accounting and coordination with HR
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis for decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Professional proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA / ACCA / CMA certification (added advantage)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Microcement Technician to join our finishing team. In this role you will apply and finish microcement coatings on walls, floors, staircases, joinery transitions and other architectural surfaces. Your workmanship will contribute to delivering seamless, high-quality surfaces that combine aesthetics with durability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for microcement application: cleaning, priming, smoothing, repairing minor defects, ensuring proper adhesion.

  • Mix microcement materials (base coat, finish coat, sealer) and apply them according to manufacturer specifications and project design.

  • Apply microcement on various surfaces (walls, floors, stairs, furniture interfaces, joinery panels) to achieve the required texture/finish, ensuring uniform thickness and consistent look.

  • Use tools such as trowels, floats, sanders, protection film, and relevant coatings to achieve smooth transitions, sharp edges, polished surfaces or matte/textured effects as specified.

  • Coordinate with carpentry/joinery/fit-out teams to interface microcement finishes with other materials (wood, metal, tile, glass), handle joint details and expansion gaps.

  • Apply sealing and top finish coats and inspect for defects (cracks, blisters, unevenness) and perform remedial work to achieve premium finish.

  • Clean up work area, protection of surrounding finishes, ensure material wastage is minimized, and ensure site housekeeping and safety compliance.

  • Follow project schedules, communicate with site supervisor/finishing lead about materials, delays, substrate issues or design changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (ideally) in microcement application or decorative concrete/mortar finishing on interior surfaces.

  • Good manual dexterity, attention to surface detail, ability to judge subtle variations in finish, texture, color.

  • Comfortable working on stairs, floors, vertical surfaces; good physical fitness.

  • Ability to read/specify/understand surface preparation, finishing schedules, and interface details with joinery/other materials.

  • Competent using finishing tools (trowels, floats, sander, etc) and comfortable working with chemical coatings/sealers.

  • Good work ethic: punctual, reliable, team player; willingness to work across sites in Dubai.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wrapping Technician to join our team. In this role you will be applying vinyl/sticker wraps or décor films on a variety of surfaces (walls, doors, kitchen units, cabinetry) and collaborating with carpentry and installation teams. The role demands precision, quality finish, and good coordination on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut and apply vinyl wraps / décor film / sticker materials on surfaces such as: kitchen cabinets, doors, wardrobes, wall panels, and other carpentry items. 

  • Prepare surfaces for wrapping: clean, smooth, remove old film if required, ensure proper adhesion.

  • Work alongside carpentry or joinery teams to uninstall/reinstall doors, cabinets where needed, remove handles/hinges, ensure wrap fits and finishes neatly.

  • Inspect the completed work, ensure quality standards (no bubbles, misalignments, peeling edges) and fix any issues.

  • Maintain clean, safe and organized work area; manage materials, tools and small site logistics.

  • Communicate with site supervisor / client if necessary to ensure expectations are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in vinyl wrap or décor film application on interior surfaces (kitchens, doors, walls, joinery) is strongly preferred. 

  • Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to work to tight finishes.

  • Comfortable using hand tools (cutters/knives), heat-guns, squeegees and able to handle moderate physical work (lifting panels, bending).

  • Basic carpentry/fit-out knowledge is a plus (removing/reinstalling doors, cabinets, etc). 

  • Able to work independently and in a team; punctual and reliable.
